The 2009 E3 show is over and key industry executives are already coming out to praise a "rejuvenated" show.
More than 41,000 people attended E3 2009, which featured 216 exhibitors.
EA CEO John Riccitiello labelled it "a great show [that] reflected the vitality, innovation and global presence of a rapidly growing industry," while Microsoft's Don Mattrick said that the company "was pleased to be a part of a rejuvenated E3 this year and to see the interactive entertainment industry really shine and reach new audiences."
The next E3 Expo will take place from June 15-17, 2010, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
